So this is my first blog post of the new year! I have definitely not been keeping up with this. It’s been three weeks since my last post and that was just a classified ad. This won’t be a real post either haha. I haven’t done much this winter break. I’ve just been around the house, occasionally playing some Grand Theft Auto or watching some History Channel. Recently I discovered Simcity 4, and it’s been taking over my life.

Classes are coming up soon, I haven’t been thinking about that too much. I just know I gotta bust my ass this semester. I believe I will be going back up to Austin this Tuesday, so it’s farewell Houston.

But now on to the real reason why I updated. Have you ever seen photos like this?

Fking crazy, amirite? Well, Plu has a new blog out on how to create these “High Dynamic Range” images, or HDR. It’s really impressive, and if you own a SLR or have a keen interest in photography I strongly suggest you watch his tutorial.
