I try to bring my perspective on life and current events in this new media-fueled world where Twitter and Facebook updates dominate the headlines of the day. I’m currently an aerospace engineering major at the University of Texas (if you’re looking for a student intern, email me! But then again, I’d have to wonder how you got to this page.) slated to graduate in the summer of 2012. College is everything I thought it would be, and more. Just click on my blog to get to know me a little bit better.

I started blogging way back in 2003 as an eighth grader in Houston. I didn’t really know anything about blogging, I just spoke what was on my mind. I got into making layouts, and eventually learned HTML and CSS through Xanga layouts. I moved on to Myspace because that was the hot new shit at the time. Myspace was even more complicated, restricting all user Javascripts and many HTML values. This is where I learned to structure DIV layers and use more complicated forms of CSS, such as hiding the ad. Facebook has no customization whatsoever, unless you think those annoying applications are customizations. Sure, it’s fun to find friends from years and years ago, but I don’t get to express myself creatively. Since then, I’ve grown up, started college in Austin, quit Myspace, but I’m still addicted as ever to Facebook. Now that every 13-year-old kid out there knows HTML, I’ve taken a backseat to webdesigning. I can’t keep up with the new formats of Flash and HTML5. You’ll find simple tables, gifs, and basic copy-paste material on this page.

Mid-2009 I got interested in becoming a desktop DJ. This culminated in a number of mixes I’ve made. Check them out if you have some time, I’ve always got a little something for everyone in those mixes.

My interests include Adobe Photoshop, trance music, sports cars, video editing, and “shaken, not stirred.”
